It would be ideal for anyone riding a street bike, it has good, all round vision, a super, fog busting airflow and a nice solid feeling of safety.
Pros and cons
The interior styro, padding and lining is specially designed to aid both shell structure and venting, as they are designed to knit together and aid air flow in, through and out of the helmet. The lightweight shells are multiple, with sculptured styro to give premium fitting and provide maximum comfort. These helmets are DOT approved, constructed of a lightweight thermo-plastic and poly-alloy outer shell. The Cool max interior is plush, fully removable, wash-able and allows comfort and a custom fit second to no other. The helmet comes with variable sized cheek pads which are adjustable and removable and with an interior specifically designed for noise reduction.
The rear neck is roll shaped, and there is a vented chin curtain and a chin strap which is well padded and features a D-ring closure mechanism and excess strap retention snap. The anti-scratch and optically correct shield can be quickly removed and the large view-screen area allows an improved vision range and expanded peripheral capabilities. A molded front breath deflector ,guides exhalations aside from the view-shield, reducing fogging, whilst the fully adjustable chin inlet vent aims fresh air up across the inside, also reducing fogging. The smooth, painted shell has high-tech decals and a high quality gel coat finish.
Overall, the price of thed Helmet is very reasonable. The quality is also very good. Road noise is of a low level. The fit feels safe, and it has a snug, comfortable feeling. The chin fastening mechanism is effective and the strap snap is cool to. Adequate vents prevent the usual fogging up problems. The rear LEDs adds extra visibility, always a good thing on a bike. It would be even better if it were wirelessly linked to the brake-light. The Decals are average at best.
